As the core force-bearing component of bearings, bearing steel balls are hailed as the "heart of bearings". Their quality directly determines the rotational accuracy, service life and operational stability of bearings. Strictly speaking, bearing steel balls specifically refer to spherical parts made of high-purity bearing steel (such as GCr15, SUJ2) through a full-process precision processing including forging, heat treatment, multi-pass precision grinding and precision sorting. Fourth, strong stability, with material purity over 99.95% and impurity content ≤0.005%, effectively avoiding vibration and noise caused by uneven material during operation.
Based on these core advantages, the application scenarios of bearing steel balls are highly focused and precise: in the automotive field, they are adapted to engine and gearbox bearings, accounting for 65% of the core accessories of automotive bearings, helping to reduce bearing noise to below 40 decibels. In the aerospace field, they are used in precision instrument bearings, withstanding extreme temperature differences from -50℃ to 150℃.
