B. Our high precision bearing steel balls is G10. (Diameter variation is in 0.25um)
Following is our inspection standard of G10 steel balls:
1. Each size of chrome steel balls have their own standard balls which are imported from Japan.
2. These standard balls were stocked into antitrust oil at the temperature 20° C.
3. Our size measurement instrument's precision is up to 0.1um. Also import from Japan.
4. We will check the diameter, hardness, surface, deviation from spherical, vibration value and so on.
